When you rebooted the system you get the following thing,
Error: unknown file system. Entering rescue mode... grub rescue>
Below steps help you to solve this issue and access to Windows.
Step 1 » Boot from your Windows 7 DVD. Select your language and then to choose the repair option.
Step 2 » At the repair option you should choose the command prompt and use the command “bootsect /nt60 C:” Some time you may require using this command “bootsect /nt60 c: /mbr”
Step 3 » Now restarts your computer and Windows 7 should boot without entering the GRUB.
