Change the Start menu to use small icons in Windows 7

        Windows 7 uses large icons on the Start menu by default, but it is possible to change these to small icons if you wish.

        Step 1 » Right-click on the Start button and select Properties

        Step 2 » Select the tab Start Menu and click Customize...

     Step 3 » Scroll down until you find the option "Use large icons" and uncheck it and press OK.

There you go; you now have a nicer State Menu with small icons.
